After 15 years of being the right hand of C-Circle executives, hiring managers, as well as Service Manager and Director of Operations across various industries, Founder, Brittney Dimes Bickham, saw a recurring pattern: the most technically proficient candidates often failed to integrate into high-performance teams. She realized, the resume was a two-dimensional representation of a multi-dimensional human experience. It captured the ‘what’ but missed the ‘how’ and the ‘why’. Seeing a gap—a structural failure in the hiring ecosystem that prioritized keyword matching over cultural architecture—Puzle was born to solve that mismatch using high-fidelity data to reveal the human fit.
