Who Are We
Puzle is a personnel acquisition platform seeking to fundamentally change the way we hire and search for jobs. By encouraging job seekers and employers to look beyond the resume, Puzle aims to help both parties find the absolute best fit across team compatibility, company culture and managerial cohesiveness.
What Are We Doing
Connecting job seekers and employers on a more human level will facilitate a deeper candidate discovery process.
By matching personality types and work ethics in addition to job requirement minimums, employers will receive a broader picture of what a candidate can contribute to the organization (soft skills wise) and how they'll balance the team's strengths and weaknesses.
With these qualifications pinpointed, better hiring choices can be made decreasing churn and attrition and increasing the probability of long term employment.
How Will We Do It
We are building a web based platform that will utilize extensive matching data collected from both companies and job seekers along metrics varying from mission/vision/values, management styles, company culture, salary and benefit expectations, and much more to see how closely they align therefore helping both parties make more informed decisions during the hiring process. This will cut down on churn for businesses and make more a effective job search for candidates.
