It began in a small architectural studio where our founders noticed a recurring pattern: the most technically proficient candidates often failed to integrate into high-performance teams.The resume, they realized, was a two-dimensional representation of a multi-dimensional human experience. It captured the 'what' but missed the 'how' and the 'why'.They saw a gap—a structural failure in the hiring ecosystem that prioritized keyword matching over cultural architecture. Puzle was born to solve that mismatch using high-fidelity data to reveal the human fit.

Puzle is a personnel acquisition platform that fundamentally changes how companies hire and how job seekers find work. Instead of relying solely on resumes, Puzle matches both sides based on personality, work ethics, team compatibility, company culture, and managerial fit.

Traditional platforms focus on hard skills and resume qualifications. Puzle goes deeper by matching candidates and employers on soft skills, personality types, company culture, management styles, and mission/vision/values alignment — leading to better, longer-lasting hires.

Puzle collects data from both companies and job seekers across metrics like management styles, company culture, salary and benefit expectations, and values alignment. It then analyzes how closely these factors match to help both parties make more informed hiring decisions.
